Jacqueline B. Kosecoff, Chairman

Ms. Kosecoff is a managing partner at Moriah Partners LLC, a private equity firm investing in healthcare, security, and sport industries, and a senior advisor to Warburg Pincus LLC.  Prior to this role, she served as a senior advisor at Optum, a leading information and technology-enabled health services business of UnitedHealth Group.  Dr. Kosecoff served as CEO of OptumRx, a leader in the delivery, clinical management and affordability of prescription medications and consumer health products, as well as CEO of Ovations Pharmacy Solutions Division.  She has served as a consultant to the World Health Organization's Global Quality Assessment Programs, on the Institute of Medicine's Board of Health Care Services, the RAND Graduate School's Board of Governors, and on the board of directors of athenahealth, CareFusion, Sealed Air, and STERIS.  Dr. Kosecoff served as a professor at the School of Medicine and Public Health at the University of California, Los Angeles.  Dr. Kosecoff holds a B.A. from UCLA, an M.S. in Applied Mathematics from Brown University, and a Ph.D in research methods from UCLA.

Hammad Shah, Director & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Shah is the Chief Executive Officer of SOC, and has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership, serving in senior administrative, strategic and operational roles. His expertise crosses many disciplines including product development, sales, process improvement, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Shah's work spanned the globe during a time when countries in Asia and Europe, such as China, Singapore, Germany and the United Kingdom, were undergoing significant efforts to reform their healthcare systems. This has given him the deep understanding required to aid organizations in assessing how to operate in rapidly changing healthcare markets. Since 2008, he has served on the board of directors for ZYTO™, a digital health company that produces software and equipment to facilitate decision-making about health care and wellness. He is also a member of the board of directors for Remedi Senior Care, which provides pharmacy solutions that enable long-term care facilities to reduce medication costs, improve efficiency and increase medication administration safety and accuracy. Mr. Shah attended Arizona State University, where he earned a master’s degree in business administration and completed coursework toward a master’s degree in health sector management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Temple University.

Fred C. Goad, Jr., Director

Mr. Goad is co-founder of the private investment company, Voyent Partners LLC. He has over 30 years of experience building and running companies that provide superior electronic transaction processes, as well as information and technology services for the healthcare industry. Mr. Goad served as the co-chief executive officer of the transaction services division of the WebMD corporation from 2000 to 2001, and prior to that he served on the board of directors of Quintiles Transnational Corp. He founded his first company, Envoy, in 1985 and pioneered electronic transaction processing services for the healthcare industry until the company was eventually acquired by Quintiles in 1999. Mr. Goad currently sits on the boards of the Luminex Corporation and several private companies.

L. Keith Mullins, Director

Mr. Mullins has over 25 years of experience in the investment business and is the founder of Greenwoods Capital. He previously headed the European Investment Bank Technology Group at Schroeder Salomon Smith Barney. Prior to joining the European Investment Bank, Mr. Mullins directed the Emerging Growth Stock Group at Salomon Smith Barney in New York. He held a similar position at Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc., after beginning his career at Dean Witter & Company as an emerging research analyst. 

In Seon Hwang, Director

Mr. Hwang is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2004, and leads the firm's investment activities in the healthcare, consumer and retail sectors. Mr. Hwang is also a member of the firm's Executive Management Group. Previously, he worked at GSC Partners, Goldman Sachs and the Boston Consulting Group. He serves on the External Advisory Board of the Institute for Translational Medicine and Therapeutics at the School of Medicine of the University of Pennsylvania and on the board of Hope for New York. Mr. Hwang received a B.S. in economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Amr Kronfol, Director

Mr. Kronfol is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2009 and focuses on investments in the healthcare and consumer sectors.  Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Kronfol worked at Merrill Lynch in the Fixed Income Division where he structured and traded agency mortgage-backed securities.  Mr. Kronfol received a B.A. magna cum laude from Princeton University in Computer Science and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School where he was a Palmer Scholar.  Mr. Kronfol has been a CFA charterholder since 2006
